soaked curd rice -

 soak rice in butter milk made of very fresh curd... then mix vomam powder Ginger pcs, pepper powder , coriyander and soak for 2 hours minimum..   then  keep thaalimpu with turmeric and mix and eat...  good for burnngs in legs and body heat, good for pregnant woman also..  pg188 tara tarala telugu ruchulu
